Choose your preparation
- Use the mincing blade for boneless meat and suitable vegetables.
- Select the dough programme with the kneading attachment for flour-and-water recipes.
- Use pulse control when you need closer control of the texture.
Assemble before you start
Fit the bowl, seal, lid and correct attachment as directed in the supplied instructions. Secure both side locks, follow the fill marks and processing limits, and allow the motor to rest between cycles. Do not process bones, frozen meat or hard dry ingredients with the mincing blade.
Simple care after preparation
Unplug and wait until all moving parts have stopped before opening. Hand-wash removable parts as directed; do not put parts in the dishwasher or immerse the motor unit.
