Choose your bowl and attachment
Select the bowl and matching blade assembly specified in the supplied instructions. Nominal bowl capacity is not the maximum processing load: always follow the marked fill limits and ingredient guidance.
Prepare before you process
Remove bones, skin and tough parts, then cut ingredients into small pieces. Secure the bowl, seal and lid on a stable worktop. Use short cycles with the required pauses; do not grind hard dry ingredients such as coffee beans or dried soya beans.
Care for the parts
Disconnect power and wait until the blades stop before opening. Handle the blade assemblies carefully, hand-wash removable parts as directed and wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit or put parts in the dishwasher.
