Preheat, bake and enjoy

Set the temperature, heating mode and timer with the three mechanical controls. Preheat the oven with the stone inside, then use the pizza peel to place your pizza on the stone.
The manual gives a preheating guide of 15–18 minutes. Baking time varies with the recipe and quantity; check your pizza as it cooks.

The accessories for your next bake

A pizza stone, pizza peel, baking pan and wire rack are included, giving you the accessories described in the supplied manual.
After baking, unplug the oven and let every part cool fully. Wipe the oven with a damp cloth and clean the accessories as directed. Keep the pizza stone dry and do not immerse the appliance in water.

Does the oven need preheating?

Yes. Preheat the oven with the pizza stone in place before adding pizza. The manual gives a guide of 15–18 minutes. Baking times depend on the style, dough, toppings and quantity, so follow the recipe guidance and monitor the food.

What is included in the box?

The CE4 includes a pizza stone, pizza peel, baking pan and wire rack. Use each accessory as described in the supplied manual and let it cool fully before handling or cleaning.

What is the rated power?

The KP1203-CE4 is rated at 2200W: 1400W for the upper heater and 800W for the lower heater. The specified supply is 220–240V~, 50–60Hz. Check the appliance rating plate before connecting it.

How should I clean the oven and pizza stone?

Switch off, unplug and allow all parts to cool fully. Wipe the oven body with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Clean the rack, baking pan and peel as directed in the manual. Keep the pizza stone dry and do not clean it with water. Never immerse the electrical appliance.
