A little care for every cup

Keep clean cold water between MIN and MAX. Follow the first-use rinsing steps before brewing.
Clean the milk tank and frothing system after preparing milk drinks. Empty and clean the drip tray regularly. Unplug and let the machine cool before cleaning. Follow the manual for descaling.

How does CM5703 differ from CM5510?

Both models combine a built-in grinder with espresso preparation. The CM5510 uses a steam wand for manual milk frothing. The CM5703 has a milk tank and milk-dispensing system, with dedicated cappuccino, latte, flat white and milk-froth selections. Choose CM5510 if you prefer frothing milk by hand, or CM5703 if you want the milk-tank system and dedicated milk-drink controls. Follow the supplied instructions for preparation and cleaning.

How do I make milk-based drinks?

Fill and fit the milk reservoir as described in the manual, place a suitable cup beneath the coffee and milk outlets, then select cappuccino, latte or flat white. Adjust the milk froth level to suit your drink. Clean the milk system after use.

What is the rated power?

The CM5703 rating plate lists a 1350W heater and a 150W grinder motor. Always check that your electricity supply matches the rating plate on the appliance before use.
