Give the appliance room to work
Set the machine upright on a stable, level countertop and keep its ventilation openings clear. Follow the instructions for resting the machine after transport before switching it on.
Cleaning and care
Use the rinse function as directed, then clean the removable food-contact parts after use. A rinse cycle does not replace full cleaning. Switch off and disconnect the power before disassembly, and keep the main unit and electrical connections dry.

Match the setting to your recipe
Use the digital panel to select the appropriate programme and follow the recipe supplied for that setting. Eight panel selections include the Rinse care function. Respect ingredient proportions and fill limits rather than substituting an untested mixture.
READY TO DISPENSE
Serve with the front handle
Place a suitable glass beneath the spout and use the dispensing handle as directed when the mixture has reached the required texture. Keep the drip tray and food-contact surfaces clean, and follow the operating guidance for your recipe.
CARE AFTER YOUR DRINKS
Rinse, then clean food-contact parts
