A good start for everyday use
Get to know your appliance, find the instructions for your model and keep support details close at hand.
1. Identify your model
Keep your order confirmation and the product name together. Appliances can have different versions and included parts, so use the instructions supplied with your particular model.
2. Read before your first use
Check the supplied instructions for assembly, suitable ingredients or surfaces, operating limits and cleaning. Compare the appliance rating label and plug with your local electrical supply. If anything is unclear, contact our team before use.
3. Follow the model-specific cleaning instructions
Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not immerse the motor unit, plug or power cord in water. Only put removable parts in a dishwasher if the instructions for your model explicitly allow it. Handle cutting parts carefully.
4. Keep the parts together
Allow cleaned parts to dry as directed before storing them. Keep the manual and included accessories in an accessible place. Follow the model instructions for safe storage.
