Where do you ship from?
SPZTJKSTORE has established a global network of factories and warehouses in many countries, mainly from the United States and Australia, mainly through cooperation with USPS and some other partners such as Epacket, Yun Express, FedEx. Since we deliver products to customers all over the world, we aim to achieve international standards and do our best to provide new and improved products to our dear customers.
Orders and Tracking
When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order number and purchase details. You can cancel the order or change your shipping information within 6 hours of the day you place the order. After 6 hours, your order will be processed and we cannot make any changes. Once completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please refer to our shipping policy here
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another shipping update email with your tracking number. To track your package, just click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after receiving the shipping update email. There may be a gap of several days between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Delivery Time
Orders from the United States: Estimated delivery time is about 6-8 business days.
Orders from outside the United States: Estimated delivery time is about 8-15 business days.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include processing time (production time, inventory time, etc.) and may be delayed by a few days due to extreme weather conditions or strict control of national customs.
How can I change my order information?
If you find that the delivery address or purchase is wrong, please email us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.
Please note: We can only change your order information within 12 hours.
Please check the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after placing the order to check all the information.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 6 hours to cancel the order and get a refund after the purchase. Please note that the cancellation of the order will be charged an administration, processing and transaction fee (10% of the total order value). After 6 hours, your order will be automatically forwarded to our warehouse for processing and production, so we will not be able to cancel the order or refund.

What is the Return Policy?
Returns are accepted if initiated within five (5) days from the date the successful delivery status is shown on the carrier's system. You must email our customer service within 5 days to request a return/refund.
Return policy applies only to damaged items or products with any manufacturing issues. No refunds or changes will be made once the product has been successfully delivered in normal conditions.

We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are paid by the buyer.
